242ヘクタールと広大な土地であり、横浜市として貴重な土地となります。立地特性を生かした活用や、まとまった農地としての活用、広域避難場所としての活用と、跡地利用ついては大きな可能性を秘めています。民主党神奈川県第5区・瀬谷区としても、区民の皆様から色々とご意見をお聞きしながら、また、横浜市全体の貴重な財産として、多くの市民からお声を聞き、跡地利用の検討を進めていきたいと思います。
